TIMEFRAME OF ORDER DELIVERY
The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: 1 - 3 business days (Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging).
- Shipping Time: 5 - 10 business days for standard delivery across Australia. Remote or regional locations may take an additional 2-3 business days.
SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
• Domestic (Australia): Packages are delivered by Australia Post (AusPost) with end-to-end Track & Trace.
• International: Depending on the destination country, packages are delivered by DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
SHIPPING RATES
• Standard Shipping: FREE shipping on all orders over $50 AUD (or standard flat rate of $9.95 AUD for orders below $50 AUD).
• Express Shipping: $15.00 AUD (Available at checkout for expedited delivery within 3-5 business days).
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel in real-time. You can also check your shipment status directly on our Track Your Order page.
